Jackie is a retreat leader, presenter, facilitator, and spiritual director. Her areas of expertise include spirituality, ministry, liturgy, faith formation, staff development, and strategic planning. She designs and leads days of reflection, retreats, adult formation presentations, parish missions, and professional and volunteer staff development and training. Jackie has been a presenter at parish, regional, diocesan, and national conferences as well as an instructor at the undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and St. John's University in Collegeville, MN.
Jackie was the founding director of iLLUMINARE: Called for Service, Formed in Christ---MINISTRY TO MINISTERS in St. Paul, MN, a Lilly Endowment-funded initiative designed to foster pastoral excellence among Church ministers. Jackie is the executive director of Artison Ministry Designs, a consultancy providing a wide variety of formation and development services to dioceses, parishes and faith-based organizations; and the director of spiritual care and chaplain at St. Gertrude's Health and Rehabilitation Center in Shakopee, MN.
Jackie holds a doctorate in leadership from the University of St. Thomas, an M.A. in religious education from St. John's University, and a graduate certificate in organization development from the University of St. Thomas.
